Professional Experience
Geri has been actively engaged in the real estate business in Franklin County since 1979 and has operated her own real estate brokerage firm since 1983. She has purchased and sold real estate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has extensive experience in narrative and form appraisal reports including FNMA/FMIMC Forms. Geri is always increasing her knowledge by taking advantage of training programs covering as broad a range as lead paint; title 5; mold and 1031 exchanges.
When long time Franklin County realtor Jack Bassett approached retirement in 1988 he chose Geri Johnson to merge his business with because she had the knowledge, experience and ethics to take care of his clientele.
Geri served as Selectman on the Gill, MA board from 1988 -1991, She has been a landlord having owned and operated an apartment building in Turners Falls and is still an active member of the Landlords Association.
