Professional and Previous Experience

2004 to Present Realtor with Geri Johnson & Associates, Gill, MA - Specializing in Buying/Selling of Residential homes located in the Franklin/Hampshire counties. Duties include helping Buyers find housing suitable to their personal and financial needs. We also help sellers in marketing their homes. We study the area, perform a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis, hold Open Houses if necessary, work with the Lawyers, Bankers, Inspectors and Appraisers to help the sale go through as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Managed one of five copy/print stores, of which one was in Greenfield -  Duties included: Customer service/sales, typesetting, bookkeeping for all five stores.

Office Manager for a small Asphalt Business, Greenfield, MA - Duties included: Customer service, billing, receiving, payroll and dispatching.

Independent Contractor, Greenfield, MA - Working with Home Interior & Gifts, specializing in gifts and decorative items for the home. Held group parties, taught interior design and sold decorative items. Duties included: Scheduling appointments, selling, ordering and delivery.

Account Executive for WHAI in Greenfield, MA - Responsible for territorial sales of “air time”, servicing clients, project management and responsible for continually growing one's sales base. Required to be active in various business activities.

Assistant Manager, Village Furniture, Turners Falls, MA - A 20,000 sq. ft. furniture store owned by Cersosimo Lumber Company. Duties included: Sales/Customer Service, bookkeeping, advertising, purchasing and supervision and scheduling of employees.

Supervisor of Art Department, Technicolor Studios, Springfield, MA - A photography complex which included studios for professional photos and an art studio where photographs and negative could be retouched as well as old photos restored. Duties included, Supervising twelve employees, air brushing photos, retouching photos and negative, restoring old photos, ordering supplies, working with the photographers / clients.

Personal Bits

Pat was born, brought up and still lives in Greenfield. She has been married to Paul Johnson for over 28 years, and has two sons - Anthony and Vincent; plus two daughters from Paul's previous marriage - Holly and Heather.  The family has further extended to include Holly's husband John and their daughter (Pat's Granddaughter) Ella.

Pat's interest include golfing, bowling, skiing, music, painting, gardening, cooking and Florida.  She neglected to mention her pets  - but since we happen to have an entire folder of pictures on the Office Computer hard drive - I feel free to share them with you below.
